SEO News - Read the April 2008 complaint filed against a Search Engine Company for making unreasonable gaurantees and defrauding its clients.

In summary, this Washington based Search Engine Company represent they will be able to secure top 10 organic search engine rankings for their customers (SEO). In fact, in many instances, they were unable to do so.

Additionally they represented that they have a “96% success rate” with their “over 47,000 clients.” In fact, they do not.

Lesson to be learned, proceed with caution when Internet Marketing companies make promises and gaurantees that are too good to be true.
