ZoZo Marketing Group, ZoZo Internet Services are brands, trade names and/or wholly owned subsidiaries of ZoZo Group, LLC. ZoZo Group, LLC is a registered limited liability company within the State of Colorado and it is a certified DBE, MBE and SBE minority and women owned agency that is based in Aurora, Colorado.

Administrative

LaSheita Portrait

LaSheita Sayer —
Founder, Chief Marketing Officer

LaSheita Sayer’s knowledge, expertise and passion converge in her roles as founder and chief marketing officer of ZoZo Group LLC. She has more than 20 years of experience in marketing communications and project management, and built an equally talented and diverse creative team for public outreach, involvement and relations for publicly funded construction projects, as well as marketing projects for law firms. A graduate of University of Colorado School of Business, Sayer earned her degree in marketing and international business and has specialized training in strategic planning, project management, crisis communication, public speaking and internet marketing. She serves as public information officer on road work projects, with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT).

TeQuia Howard—Service Coordinator

With nearly 10 years of customer service and administrative support experience, TeQuia brings enthusiasm and dedication to her work at ZoZo Group. Her tenacity and attention to detail are second to none, and she regularly handles complicated and time-sensitive projects with ease. As a canvassing team leader, she coordinates workers to deliver materials to homes impacted by construction work. She keeps detailed logs and ensures accurate and timely delivery. She is a valued and trusted member of the team.

Cheryl Hurd—Agency Administrator

Cheryl has many years of experience as an administrative assistant specializing in accounting and accounts receivable. As one of ZoZo Group’s senior employees, Cheryl has seen the agency develop and change throughout the years. Cheryl is a notary responsible for day-to-day agency operations and payroll, and has experience working with employee benefits and QuickBooks. Cheryl also leads a women’s group within her church.

Peter Kitsos

Peter Kitsos—Office Assistant

The first face ZoZo Group visitors see, Peter joined the team in June 2014. He efficiently schedules meetings, orders supplies, redirects phone calls and helps run business operations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Oklahoma.

Marguerite Molinas —In House Counsel

A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, Marguerite has a background in business law and contract negotiation, with a focus on construction subcontracting in public works. She is also in the process of becoming certified as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist. As in-house counsel for ZoZo Group, Marguerite’s primary role is to review and negotiate contracts and to handle any disputes that arise. In her free time she volunteers in public service work, where she has served both as an advocate for disadvantaged communities and as a legal consultant for small businesses.

Heidi Row

Heidi Row—Proposal Coordinator

Often the first impression a project team has of ZoZo Group, Heidi writes proposals and bids for various road work projects throughout the state. She also attends training and networking events to ensure the ZoZo Group name is out there and that the team has a steady flow of projects to work on. Heidi has experience in project management, copywriting, design, database management, event coordination and customer service. A Colorado State University graduate, Heidi received her B.S. in wildlife biology and is an active volunteer with the Foothills Animal Shelter.

Erosion Control

Dustin Lee Ivis—Erosion Control Specialist

Dustin is an erosion control specialist bringing years of experience to our team. Dustin earned his B.S. in geology from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and boasts extensive geology, soil, mineralogy and hydrology knowledge. Dustin is certified in the Colorado Stormwater Excellence Program (CSEP) and in Stormwater Management, and is an InterNACHI-certified Home Inspector. Dustin is dedicated to providing guidance and support for clients in maintaining permit and inspection compliance for all project needs.

Britni Lovell Krebs—Erosion Control Specialist

Britni is a great addition to our Erosion Control team. With a B.S. in environmental sciences, Britni’s repertoire includes CDOT and TECS certifications, HASWOPER experience, and CPR/First-Aid certifications. She has extensive technical experience in grading, stormwater and erosion control. In the field, Britni provides site inspections and strategic planning in order to maintain regulation compliance.

Kathy Bone Portrait

Kathy Bone—Sr. Graphic Designer

Since joining the team in 2008, Kathy has developed collateral on public information projects and for other ZoZo Group entities. Her effectiveness is showcased in flyers and maps she develops for road construction projects that are communicative to the public and easily interpreted from a layman’s standpoint. Kathy has the ability to present a visual that conveys an idea with accuracy and ease, while also creating it to be clean, professional and aesthetically pleasing.

Maria Barriga—Graphic Designer

Maria joined the ZoZo Group team in June 2014 and brings with her eight years of experience in the printing industry. A graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado, Maria is a graphic designer who helps clients build their business image. She loves the entire process of design, from creating a concept to illustration and layout that all make an idea come to life at the end. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Jessica Ries

Jessica Ries—
Sr. Public Information Coordinator

Jessica has more than 12 years of experience in graphic design and creative project management for print, publishing, advertising/marketing, video and front-end web design. Her multifaceted background in video, web and print design gives ZoZo Group the creative edge to handle any challenge. She holds several certificates in creative programs, including Multimedia, 3D Studio Max and Character Animation, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the Colorado Institute of Art.

Public Information and Marketing

Pauline Haberman—
Sr. Public Information Coordinator

Pauline is a nationally recognized award-winning public relations professional with more than a dozen years of experience in government and nonprofit public relations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the University of Colorado. Her exceptional communication, project coordination and interpersonal skills make her a great asset to any project. Since joining ZoZo Group in March 2013, she has worked on a wide variety of diverse projects, including an award-winning public relations campaign for CDOT.

Michelle Perez—
Sr. Public Information Coordinator

Michelle joined ZoZo Group in February 2015 and has five years of experience in journalism, including reporting and social media management. She has also spent time in public relations and event coordination for a nonprofit, and will complete her degree in anthropology and journalism at Metropolitan State University of Denver this year.

Mariah Tauer—Public Information Coordinator

Mariah earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism and technical communication from Colorado State University in Fort Collins and has several years’ experience in the field. She spent time as an editorial assistant at textbook publishing companies in both Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., and was the research director at a Northern Colorado business journal for three years prior to joining ZoZo Group. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Colorado Denver and plans to remain in business communications upon graduation.

Ashley Teatum—Public Information Coordinator

As a former journalist, Ashley brings a special expertise when it comes to project outreach for both the press and the public. Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania and worked as a sports reporter for six years for a daily newspaper there. She also spent a season working in public relations for the Triple-A affiliate of the New York Yankees. With her experience, Ashley has a unique ear for public perspective with a focus on quality and efficacy.

Agency History

ZoZo Consulting was founded in March of 2003 providing administrative legal support services to law firms. ZoZo Consulting evolved and developed a specialty in legal marketing and business development for attorneys and solo practitioners.

ZoZo Group, LLC was formed in January of 2004 and the subsidiary trade name ZoZo Marketing Group was established as a Colorado limited liability company thereafter. ZoZo Marketing Group combines the professional rules and ethics of attorney marketing with the principles of effective marketing to create marketing plans that generate new business for attorneys and law firms.

In September of 2006, in response to the need to simplify internet and web related transactions for existing ZoZo clients, ZoZo Internet Services was created.

At ZoZoInternet.com individuals and small businesses can easily purchase and register their custom web domain names, and create personalized email accounts. It is a cost effective service designed to streamline the process of building a web site.

Through ZoZo Internet our internet marketing clients can conslidate their hosting accounts, simplifying the maintenance of their web presence.

ZoZo Internet utilizes state of the art networks to host its websites on and we have found accessing web site traffic for SEO analysis reports are easy. We are happy to offer this service to our internet marketing clients.
